Ladies on Target at MVSA

MVSA’s Ladies on Target (LOT) is a program created for “Women Only”. All our classes focus on basic firearm fundamentals, firearm safety and defensive shooting skill development. All classes are taught by female instructors & Range Safety Officers who work one-on-one with the students in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Safety is ALWAYS our #1 priority. Always check the MVSA calendar (on this website) for updates or changes. 

· Registration is required for ALL classes by sending an email to mvsaladiesontarget@yahoo.com and stating which class you would like to attend.  

· Payment is due at the beginning of class. (Cash or Check only - payable to MVSA LOT).

LOT “Beginner/Refresher” classes are typically held once per month from 9:00-11:00am (check calendar for schedule). This class provides students the use of a semi-automatic firearm (.22, 9mm, .380ACP caliber), ammunition, targets, eye & hearing protection. Class curriculum covers handgun fundamentals, firearm safety, situational awareness and gaining confidence with the firearm. This class is designed for brand new shooters and/or individuals seeking practice or refinement of their skills for home defense and every day carry. 

· Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start of class for Safety Briefing 

· Cost: $40 – Registration Required (limited to 20 students)

OTHER INFO: Amenities available: bottled water, refrigeration for lunch or snacks, on-site indoor restrooms, seating, covered pavilions, first aid, air-conditioned or heated indoor classrooms.  Check weather prior to classes for appropriate attire. We do not recommend low cut shirts (hot brass is not your friend). Wear comfortable close-toed shoes. A concealed carry permit or prior training is not required to attend our classes.
